What has been rumoured for a few weeks is now confirmed: Roger Federer and his agent, Tony Godsick, have created a new agency for athletes.

The news have been announced by Christopher Clarey of the New York Times this morning and was also mentioning another aspect that was the object of many rumours: that Juan Martín del Potro would be one of Team8’s clients.

The Argentine himself made an official announcement in that regard through Twitter a few hours later:

On top of del Potro, Grigor Dimitrov should also be joining Godsick and Federer’s agency as of 1st January, as reported by Clarey.
